Natural Disaster Project – Due Wednesday 3rd December
At home children are expected to be researching their individual research project about a Natural Disaster.
Children will also work on their project twice a week at school. These days will be usually be Mondays and Wednesdays. However there is always a possibility some more research time will be available if other classwork is completed.
Writing Project – Due Monday 8th December
This project will require students to write 7 different types of genre (eg; recount, letter writing, poetry, procedural) about their primary school years. It could be a letter thanking their Grade 3 teacher or a recount about camp in Grade 6. Students will present their work in a book or folder.
Drafts of their writing pieces are due to be completed by Monday 17th November.
