Hmmm… Let’s see, my best memory at this school would have to be my first day.  Everybody was so welcoming for me, one of the new kids at the school that year. At recess I had nobody to play with or to hang around, but by the end of that recess I had made three new best friends that I would still be friends with until I leave to go to high school at the end of the year when I’m in grade 6.

My best memory of primary school was when we went on grade six camp this year. It was really good because they had some of the best activities. My favourite activity was the flying fox because it’s just like a big swing.

In December of 2007, the entire grade 5’s (if they wanted to), wrote a speech to present in front of all of the other grade 5’s and grade 5/6 teachers as well. Some of us went for sports captains, house captains or school captains but I went for all! It was really nerve racking talking in front of a small group of people, but really it was nothing! That weekend, the teachers were all talking about who would be best for each job and they eventually pick out the people for the job.
The last Monday of the school year we were told who got the roles for school captains! And i got picked for school vice! I was so excited!

In 2008 the grade 5/6’s went to Grampians retreat. My favourite part of the camp was seeing the Koala get released into different trees. I also like going down to the camp fire at night. I love going and finding stick, leaves and bark to make a hut.  It was sad for me when we had to leave because it was one of the best camps ever.

I love B.L.P.S My favourite memory of B.L.P.S  is spending time with my best friend Jake Lee. I also had great fun playing games and going on the playground with my friend Ricky. I had a lot of good memories at B.L.P.S with Ricky and Jake. My favourite year was grade 6 with Mrs. N. Those are my favourite memories.

Berwick Lodge is like my second home, if Berwick lodge didn’t exist then I probably wouldn’t have all the friends that I have now. I have been at Berwick lodge for 7 years now and it can get pretty annoying sometimes but I’m glad that I stayed there. My favourite memory that I can remember was the time that J.G, C.C and I became best friends and that changed my life and made it so much happier and more interesting. B.L.P.S is such a great school, I love it to bits

My favourite memory was my moment of glory on stage in the 2008 Kids at Sea production. I was a character called Stella, which was a star fish. I was a host in a game called ‘The wonderful wheel of fortune’. I liked being in the production in 2008 because it was a memory that I will never forget.

Berwick lodge primary school has been the best school I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of schools. My best memory from Berwick lodge was production I was lucky to do it twice because I only came last year and at the time production was taking place so I was lucky enough to get a part. This year I did it as well and because I’m in grade 6 I get a bigger part than what I did last! My favourite part about production is singing and dancing.

This year I was lucky enough to get the role of one of the Junior School Council Representatives for my grade. I have wanted to do it since prep and have finally been able to take it on. I really enjoy helping plan the fund raisers and giving ideas. I was also in the production earlier this year. I was Morgana, a fortune telling gypsy, which I really enjoyed. Some of my friends got parts too.  Two of my friends were sultanas, another was Stella the starfish, but most of my friends were sea creatures. These are just a few of my favourite B.L.P.S. memories.
